Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
A credit card is required to book all appointments.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged 75% of the service total. No-shows or day of cancels will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please keep in mind that I am often booked 4–6 weeks in advance. If you cancel your appointment, you will lose your reserved spot and may need to wait until the next available opening to rebook.
I kindly ask that you only pre-book appointments if you're confident you'll be able to make them. When appointments are reserved for weeks and then canceled at the last minute, it makes it difficult to accommodate other clients who would have loved that time slot.
